MyProSurfer Leaderboard Enters Climax

6th September 2009 After a hectic summer, the MyProSurfer.co.uk leaderboard has once again errupted into life following the latest issues of Carve and Wavelength.

With three-quarters of the year already played out, the top of the leaderboard has begun to organise itself into a handful of surfers eager to emerge as the MyProSurfer.co.uk Most-Exposed Surfer 2009.

At the front of the pack is UK aerialist Reubyn Ash. It's been a good month for Reubs, with a promotional tour of new Billabong film, Still Filthy, in which he has a cameo appearance, copious amounts of magazine exposure, and a hot girlfriend under his belt.

Hot on his heels is Ireland-based tag team duo, Fergal Smith and Tom Lowe. The pair, along with photographer Mickey Smith, scored extensive coverage in the early part of 2009 whilst shooting for the Relentless movie, Powers of Three.

Croyde's Lyndon Wake has had a very impressive year proving that Reubyn Ash isn't the only golden-hope for UK surfing, and he still has a chance of finishing highly on the MyProSurfer.co.uk leaderboard.

Other contenders for the MyProSurfer.co.uk 2009 title include Matt Capel and Oli Adams. As the competition enters the latter stages, keep checking back at www.myprosurfer.co.uk to see who will be crowned champion.
